Inventory Preparation

The inventory is a thoroughly detailed account with accompanying photographs of the contents, decoration, fixtures, fittings and cleanliness of the property with the condition of these items clearly recorded.

Tenancy Check-in

At the start of a new tenancy the prepared inventory is checked with the tenant or tenant’s representative and a schedule of the overall condition and cleanliness of the property is completed.  Utility meter readings are taken and where instructed keys hand over to the tenant.

Tenancy Check-out

At the end of the tenancy the inventory will be checked and a detail report will be compiled including photographs, where necessary, of all the changes that have occurred to the property during the tenancy and recommendations included based on our professional expertise.  Final utility readings are taken and all relevant keys returned as instructed.

Interim Property Inspections

Interim inspections allow for the appraisal of the property’s current condition in relation to the tenancy and highlight defects which may have occurred as well as any possible unreported faults such as leaks, damp etc which will allow for any remedial works.
