Privacy is of the utmost important to us at Oakwood Inventories.

Nothing has changed about what data we hold or how we store the data we have or how it is used. This statement is to explain our practice in or to comply with General Data Protection Regulations.

The data we process is as is reasonably required for the purpose of providing the service for which we have been instructed.  The data will include names, contact details and property details provided by the instructing parties including Estate Agents, Landlords, Tenants, Property Management Companies, Relocation Agents and their representatives.

The data we store is not shared with any third party or used in marketing or any other purpose other than to provide the service for which we have been instructed and to provide, according to HMRC guidelines, the required information for accounting purposes.
